About Us

Our Vision
At our core, we aim to inspire and empower every client with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to train effectively — leading to a healthier, stronger, and more vibrant life. We’re here to help you overcome fitness hurdles, redefine what fitness means, and discover how training can enhance every part of your life.

It’s not just about building muscle; it’s about cultivating strength from within. Your lifestyle, mobility, and long-term functionality are always top priorities. When you have the ability to fully enjoy the activities you love — whether it’s playing with your kids, traveling, or pursuing a sport — it fuels our commitment to help you reach new milestones and exceed your goals.
My Story
I started Fortis in 2013, but my journey in fitness began long before that. Growing up, I was a multi-sport athlete — playing football, basketball, and baseball, and later competing in track at the collegiate level. Those early experiences taught me the value of discipline, resilience, and performance, lessons I now bring to every client I work with.

Since 1997, I’ve been deeply immersed in the world of health and performance, driven by a calling to help others surpass their boundaries and achieve new levels of fitness. Over the years, I’ve worked with clients as young as 10 and as wise as 95, tailoring every program to meet their unique needs, abilities, and goals. Today, most of my clients are between the ages of 40 and 95, and I take great pride in guiding them toward improved strength, mobility, and quality of life.

With more than 26 years of experience in both commercial and private gym settings, I remain committed to continuous education — always seeking the latest insights into the human body. My profession is my passion, and I’m here to support you at every stage of your fitness journey.
